Getting Started

How can I sign up to sell on ZestFindz?Just visit seller.zestfindz.com, click on “Start Selling”, and enter your basic details like name, email, phone number, and shop name. The process is simple, you will be guided step by step and no technical skills are required.
Do I need to pay anything to start selling?No, you don’t! Signing up and listing your products on ZestFindz is completely free. There are no setup charges or hidden fees.
Can I use my personal email to register?Yes, absolutely! You can use your personal email ID to register and start selling. You can always switch to a business email later if needed.
What info do I need to complete registration?You need to provide your name, email, mobile number, shop name, bank details (account number and IFSC code), and basic KYC details like PAN and GST. Don’t worry, we guide you through every step.
How long does approval take after I register?Approval is instant once you finish registration and upload the required documents.
Can I manage more than one shop from one account?Yes, you can. Once your main shop is active, you will be able to add and manage multiple shops from the same seller dashboard.

Shop Setup & Account Details

How can I edit my shop information?You can easily update your shop details anytime like your shop name, description, contact info, or logo. Just go to “My Shop” in your seller dashboard, click “Edit” at the top right, make the changes, and hit Save.
What info do I need to fully set up my shop?You will need your shop name, a short description, a logo, business address, KYC details, contact details, and your preferred pickup location. We guide you step-by-step through the whole process!
Can I temporarily pause or hide my shop?Yes, you can! If you need a break or run no stock, just switch your shop status to "Closed" in your dashboard. Customers will not see your products until you go live again.
Can I change my email or phone later?Absolutely. You can update your registered email or mobile number anytime in the “My Shop” section. Just click “Edit” at the top right, and after a quick OTP verification, your changes will be updated.
Can I change my KYC details later?Yes, you can. If any detail changes (like your bank account or address), simply go to the KYC section and update details.
Can I list products before completing registration?No, you will need to complete your registration and KYC before listing any products. This helps us keep the platform safe and secure.
Can I add two bank accounts while registering?No, you can only link one bank account during registration. But you can change or update it anytime later from your dashboard.
What if I lose internet while filling the form?No worries! Your details are saved as drafts. Once you are back online, you can continue from where you left off.

Listing Products

How do I add a product to my shop?Go to your seller dashboard and click on “Add Product.” You can also find “Product Listing” on the left side menu. Fill in details like product name, price, stock, and description. Don’t forget to upload good-quality images. Once you submit it, our team will review it and make it live.
What does the “Generate with AI” button do?This smart feature uses AI to make listing super easy! Just type your product name, and the system will suggest the right category, subcategory, product specifications, and even write a SEO-friendly description for you instantly!
Where do I enter product features like size, colour, etc.?While listing a product, you will see fields like “Product Attributes” where you can enter variants like size, colour, material, and more.
Do I need to enter GST and HSN codes while listing?No, you don’t. Just select the correct HSN code from the options we provide, the GST rate will be auto-filled for you.
What does ‘Procurement Type’ mean, and how do I select the right one?It tells us how you get your products:
• Order to be Placed (you manufacture after orders), or
• In Stock (you have inventory).
Choose the one that best fits your process.
Can I set different prices based on offers or variants?Yes! You can add promotional pricing or discounts and set different prices for variants like size or colour.
Which types of products can I sell on ZestFindz?You can sell a wide range of products like fashion, beauty, home essentials, electronics, wellness, kitchenware, and more!
Can I schedule when my product goes live?No, if you want your product to go live at a specific time, just message our support team we’ll help schedule it for you.
Can I list any product or are there restrictions?Some items like tobacco, adult content, or counterfeit goods are not allowed. We follow Indian laws strictly.
How do I know if my product is live or pending?Once your product is live or pending approval, you will get an update via SMS, email, and Whatsapp. You can also check status anytime from your seller dashboard under “Products.”
What happens after I list a product?Once submitted, our team reviews your product details. If everything is fine, it goes live within 24 hours. You will get notified once it is live.
Are there specific image guidelines for product uploads?Yes. Use high-quality images, white or clean background, no watermarks or borders. Show all angles clearly. Images must be in JPG/PNG format.
How many product images can I upload, and what sizes are best?There is no limit. Just make sure images are clear and high-quality (ideally 1000x1000 pixels or more).

Managing Account, Documents & Analytics

Where can I see my shop’s sales and performance?Go to your Seller Dashboard → Analytics & Reports. You’ll find order summaries, revenue charts, top-performing products, and customer insights.
Will I get notifications or alerts if my listing has an issue?Yes! You will receive alerts via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and dashboard notifications if there’s a problem with your product listing. We’ll also guide you on how to fix it.
